Big enough to let rain and snow make their way into your insulation and eventually soak through your ceiling. This type of damage will cost you a fortune to repair if not prevented or dealt with quickly in a timely manner. You may also consider that a living wild animal can and most likely will use your attic as it’s bathroom which overtime can achieve similar results. Squirrels can chew through your wiring and possibly cause electrical fires in your attic.

Generally wildlife left unattended will overtime remove your insulation and/or relocate it, leaving spots with missing insulation. This can lead to your home losing heat in the winter, and cool in the summer. This can cost you more money to heat and cool your home. Don’t take the chance.. call a professional to help you remove the pest and secure your roof.
